ORDERING

Before ordering items, use our sizing charts to make sure you've picked the right size. If you have questions considering sizing, please feel free to contact us.

When you've chose the item(s), quantity and size add product to  cart by pressing "add to cart".  Top of the page appears notification, that tells you that product is added successfully. When you’ve chose all the products press shopping cart icon from the top of the page. From shopping cart you can continue to check out.

You can order without creating a user account. Still we recommend creating account, because that helps you making shoppings in future and keeps you informerd whats happening with Plækä.

When you’ve ordered successfully, system automatically sends confirmation email and details of your order to the email you’ve given.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept payment by PayPal, when it comes to international customers.

We are NOT able to accept payment by Check or banktransfers.

If you have problem with paying by PayPal, you can allways contact us by email to info@plaeka.com

CURRENCY

We charge all orders OUTSIDE and INSIDE Europe in EURO.

RETURNS

You can return an item within 30 days at your own expense. The item have to be un-used and in new condition. Both the returned item AND the packageing has to be in un-used as new condition, if the package is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 20% of the value of the merchandise or 25 EURO.

When returning an  item, select "Returns" below the frontpage, fill the form, add products and press continue.

We will either exchange the returning item(s) and send it to you freight-free or refund your money.

Caliroots does not refund shipping costs. (unless you send back the complete order and have payed the return shipping)

If you place an order and refuse the package when it arrives, you will not get a full refund for your order. You will be charged with the costs of the shipping fees, and also with an additional penalty fee of 10% of the orders value or at least 25 EURO.
